We will prepare annual financial statements showing how you have performed on a historical basis. This is often the key to identifying ways in which improvements can be made. If for any reason more frequent reporting is required, then we can do that for you.

We use up to date technology that enables your bank statement to be downloaded directly to our computer system. We then allocate each item a code reflecting its impact on your financial operations, and then this completed data is transferred efficiently to our complex financial accounting software. If you want to have some involvement in this work, the entering of the account codes can be done in your own home or office.

Each business has its own requirements, but generally we will provide you with financial statements that include:

• Statement of Cash Flows
• Trading Statement
• Statement of Financial Performance
• Statement of Movements in Equity
• Statement of Financial Position
• Notes to the Accounts
• Depreciation Schedule
